The Board oversees the accounts of the Foundation, which are certified each year by the statutory auditor, and regularly organizes fundraising campaigns to ensure the continued vitality and operation of the site.
The Foundation also cooperates closely on the current renovation of the memorial with the French Ministry of Defense (DMPA), the American Embassy in Paris, the US Air Force, and the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC), the US agency that is assisting the renovation works.
